Large cluster of tstms moving east just to the south of the observation site was responsible for well over 100 thunderclaps from 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm. Numerous CG lightning strikes were observed during this time. Being on the northern edge of the precipitation shield, only 0.16 inches of rainfall was measured. |
