| Notes: |
Awakened at 11:45pm by thunderstorm. Heard hailstones hitting roof so I went outside. Frequent and close cloud to ground lightning was occurring so I could not go in unprotected area. At 11:53pm, observed 1/2", 3/4" and 1.0" hailstones in garden mulch after hail ended at around 11:50pm. Hailstones were spaced far apart on ground with no accumulation. |
