Notes: Not sure this would be classified hail (graupel?). Looks like compact snowballs rather than ice. No pad. Difficult to measure depth on grass but accumulated to about 1/4" on deck. Thunder was heard less than a minute before started to fall. There appeared to be no liguid rain falling. At 5:43 let up considerably to just tiny balls. Stopped completely by 5:45
