Fast moving front passed through with north winds gusting to 25 mph, a rapid drop in temperature, air temp went from 54 to 41 degrees at the time of the hail and/or graupel. Precipitation was a mix of small clear ice pellets a bit smaller than rice and also some white pellets looking more like graupel. It quickly turned to all rain after about 3 minutes and the storm passed through after about 15 more minutes. No hail pad this location. |
