Began 4:38 P.M., over 4:39 P.M. Fell quickly, melted within a minute where not on dirt in flower pots. Was able to pick up hail in flower pots. Temperature 49.5 degrees. Sun shining, no wind, hail fell straight down. Size 1/8 inches, hard. Melted within a minute when falling onto glass tabletop, wooden deck. Close together. Didn't notice if there was any rain, because hail melted so quickly. |
