Thunder was heard three times prior to hail event. Approximately 1.5 hours earlier, and approximately 4-5 miles to the NNE, in Cheektowaga, a similar event was experienced ( without thunder). Minor leave damage refers to Fall Mum flower petal damage. Hail pad was given to Dan Kelly at the NOAA weather station , Buffalo International Airport, during the first week of November. |
