Have photos of hail falling. NASA Hail sensor count: 7,5,1,1,0,0. Note that I believe at least 2 hits from channel 1 were lightning. Pad pulled and counters reset at 4:20 - looks like another storm is on the way.... Only a few of the largest stones were 3/8 to .5" diameter. Most was pea sized. Most seemed fairly hard as it bounced upon impact on concrete. Did not splatter at all. |
