I was out of town from noon 7/14 until 7/16 early evening. I observed no hail at our location, but reached my destination in South Park just after a heavy hail storm passed in the afternoon. I shall assume that the hail at our house occurred on 7/16 because that was the date of the heaviest precipitation at the stations nearest us. I entered a multi-day accumulation report of .61 inches for the 3 day period that we were gone. |
