Taken at registered location: True
Notes: I went outside at 2:02 AM to rescue hummingbird feeders that were swaying too much in the wind and while I was out the hail began. After 5 minutes the wind and hail subsided and very grainy snow started falling. Hail stones had a soft, white outside with an icy core. Some of the stones looked very much like graupel but they had that hard ice in the center.
