The hailstones in this event were larger than what we usually see in this area. The 1/2" size hail only fell for about 2 minutes so damage was minimal. Since I first entered this report I have discovered that the hail put a couple of holes in one of my bird feeder baffles (the dome that goes over feeders to protect them from squirrels and weather). There may be other damage I haven't discovered yet. |
