| Notes: |
Thunder started at 3:57pm, then rain at 4:08pm. First hail was white, ¼" and triangular shaped. When I squeezed it there was a hard clear ice center. 0.4" accumulated on the truck hood. After that, larger hail started to fall: white, round shape, and mostly 3-8ths", but some was ½", and this stuff was squeezable to a pancake shape. There was a brief pause (just 5 seconds or so) at 4:18pm and then rice sized hail started to fall: clear and hard until 4:27pm. |
