Very light, intermittant hailstones at 5:22pm. At first average size was 3/8" and clear. Slow, gradual increase in amount of hail until peak Heaviest hail was 5:26-5:29pm creating accumulation in grass, but hailstones were smaller and white (1/8-1/2"). 1" hailstones were few in number and for only a short amount of time (<1minute)
preceding the big, heavy period of 5:26-5:29pm. |
