Notes: Hail began at around 3:45 - 3:50 pm and lasted about 10 minutes. Most stones were 1/2", a large number were 3/4" and there were several 1" stones measured. I measured as they were falling. The hail event was preceded by a distant roaring sound coming from the northwest which lasted about 10 minutes.
