| Notes: |
I was at a track meet at Prairie Heights High School in La Grange County, In. It was very windy, but I didn't get a wind mph measurement. Some of the hail was round and the larger 1 inch hail was flat and you could see the core and different layers. There was like a star in the middle. The flat ones were more clear. It was really neat hail since I could see the insides. The rest of them were white and round and penny and nickel size. One kid ran out of the school to get one and I heard him say "ouch, that hurt". I was press up beside the building under an overhang. If you have any questions you can call me 260-475-5230 I will be home most of the day. |
