The hail was melting quickly as it was so small and there was so much rain. It seemed very uniform - surprised me. Lasted several minutes - which is rare for us. I doubt there was a quarter inch between the hail stones and we might have had some depth, altho it would have been fraction of an inch, if the hail hadn't been melting so quickly. |
