Hail was in "downtown" Estes Park (e.g., Hwy 36 & 34 intersection). Plowable, several inches, temp dropped to 37 on car thermometer. I think it was soft enough to NOT dent cars, but it destroyed flowers and took off lots of leaves. Don't know about shingles; it fell hard and long according to witnesses. |
