Large drops of rain began about 3:05 pm, becoming steady and more normal drops. Hail started at 3:10 with smaller to average sizes first, then with largest sizes mixed in. Let up briefly about 3:20, then increased again by 3:22. Ground coverage about 75% but melting quickly. Heavier rain again about 3:26, with rice to pea size hail mixed lightly in until about 3:28, after which only rain fell with decreasing intensity until about 3:40 pm. Considerable minor flooding and standing water. |
