Total precipitation for storm was .34 inches.
Light rain started at 4:10pm & all precipitation officially stopped at 5:37pm.
Hail varied from (melted - wrong word!) upon landing to larger hail that stayed on flat surfaces. Precip varied from light to heavy rain mixed with various small sizes of hail. Felt like it was a very long T-storm - clouds were angry! Was a huge beautiful rainbow. Pix will be submitted later today.
Note: Saw pix of hail totally covering lawns (which looked like snow covering) located in Black Diamond, AB. (town close to Okotoks) |
