| Notes: |
We were about two miles south of our observation point at approximately 7:45 p.m. last evening when a sudden short downpour occurred; it last just a few minutes and by the time we were within one-half mile from our observation point it was over. But for just a couple of those few minutes pea size or smaller hail was falling. Had the rain been harder we may have had to stop by the side of the road for a minute. Just am not sure that it was this severe at our O.P; possibly could have since the percipitation was measured at .38 |
