There was frost observed this morning covering ALL areas NOT covered by a 8.9” snowpack including most painted surfaces and windows of cars and 100% of the Rain Guage. Winds were mostly still 0-2 MPH out of the South. The temperature was 29 degrees, Relative Humidity 93%, Dew Point 28 with a setting waxing gibbous Moon and rising Sun and a dense fog limiting visibility to less then a quarter mile! |
