Less than 25% coverage of frost had been observed at 7:00AM EDT. Frost had formed on cars and rooftops, but only dew on grass and patio table on the property due to temperatures bottoming out near 32 degrees Fahrenheit at the surface near observation along with mostly clear to clear skies with skies becoming mostly cloudy around 6:30AM EDT that had allowed heat from the surface to be radiated into space efficiently and this had aided in frost formation this morning. |
