NOTE: Eased 'moderate drought' conditions are designated at this locale as late wet-season rains temporarily resumed & now w/a 10.7-mo., rainfall deficit of 12.72" (26%) beginning 11/01/2025 or an annual deficit of 23% - The persistent, UL ridge-block which has been parked acr TX & SEUS should begin to breakdown this workweek allowing frontal systems to propagate into the region by Friday. El Niño Warning: Ensuing, unprecedented "super" strong conditions are ominously suppressing peak-season TC development in the tropical Atlantic basin which will likely transition to an extremely wet winter w/a great potential for tornado outbreak(s) in peninsular FL & flooding acr S'rn CA/US & Gulf Coast region. Worldwide, we are undoubtedly in for a rough ride! Significant heat transfer from the ETropPac into the atmosphere has become quite apparent.
