 I suppose this is why we are in a drought...the "storm" Thursday was in the forecast models for a long time with over an inch of precipitation, then it became complex, then finally the storm vanished to the nearby mountains leaving us with just a few sprinkles before 0800. To make it worse it cleared by 2200 and the low was 29.7. I hope May is somehow different.
