 This observation was made using a CoCoRahs approved Stratus rain gauge. While there was a very small amount of moisture in the bottom of the measuring tube, there was no other indication any precipitation had fallen leading me to think this was not because of precipitation that had fallen. Therefore, today's reading will be reported as zero. The tube was completely emptied the previous day, so residual precipitation from the previous day is not a consideration. Nothing else to report.
