Notes
This morning's very much fall-like feel is a stark and welcome contrast to yesterday's oppressive humidity. Abundant summer rains have provided yet another week of overall improvement regarding NJ drought conditions. With the exception of Hunterdon and the northern portion of Mercer counties, the entire upper half of the state is now classified "No Drought" while conditions for the southern half continue trending favorably from the Delaware River valley eastward to the coast.
