 6/20/26: 70/82. Heavy downpours (with very little lightning) during the morning yesterday flooded portions of the yard and surrounding fields. Many automated gauges in the area (especially a few miles South and East of here) showed 24 hr rainfall amounts between 4 and 8 inches with one gauge recording an impressive 9.68 inches in just 24 hours. The storms just didn't really move. The North part of the county received little to no rainfall.
