 Intermittent rain from 9:30 PM to midnight with small rainfall overnight at 4 AM. Rainfall varied from light misty to moderate rate with small drops. Light misty rain at time of observation. On the beach. Flag in tatters. Cool with high to very high N wind. Very light misty/drizzle. Water levels in bay unusually high with 3-4 foot waves. No perceptible beach erosion. Overcast skies. Nor'easter has been steady for several days, highest winds yesterday morning. Level 1 vehicle restrictions as we crossed the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel yesterday. Temp 61.9 F, DP 33.9 F, RH 87%, Wind N 18.8 mph. Wind on Bay WNW 20 knots.
