 Another noisy night.... 444 lightning strikes were detected in the last 12 hours, the peak wind gust was 58 mph, and there were numerous gushers of heavy rain. The strongest wind was just ahead of a cold front that passed around 9:30pm. The high temperature for the day of 80°F was reached around 9pm, but quickly fell 15 degrees within an hour after the cold frontal passage. Heavy showers and thunderstorms continued off and on for the rest of the overnight. It is cloudy at 7am this morning with light rain and drizzle ending during the previous hour. The 7am temperature is 56°F.
