 Heard rumbles of thunder coming from the north and south at around 2:00pm from thunderstorms that missed us. First raindrops observed at 4:16pm as a sprinkle that eventually increased to rain of unknown duration. Checked gauge catch at 5:50pm indicated 0.03". Steady light rain developed around 7:30pm that wetted surfaces. This event ended sometime between 8:30pm and 9:00pm. Did not hear much thunder if at all during the evening. Wednesday was similar to Tuesday with thunderstorms in the afternoon that missed us and stratus developing in the evening with light rain falling.
