Lull by mid afternoon proceeded by additional heavy rainfall/thunder, thunderstorms with light winds, non-severe. Additional lighter rainfall/thunder ~ 3am, low area ponding and some rapid runoff afternoon/evening. Gauge overflow this am observation. Spring arrives again as very mild mid 60's and high humidity/dew points.
