 Overcast. Not raining at observation time, although it was during the previous half hour. My digital gauge registered the first 0.01" of rain at 10:03 AM yesterday. It has under-measured 0.87", with 0.39" & 0.48" on 3/5 & 3/6, respectively. There was melting during the last few days, but there is still >90% crusty snow cover >4 inches deep on lawns, in the snow-covered areas with only undisturbed natural snow. IQAir monitor: Temp = 35°F, RH = 95%, CO2 = 434 ppm. Calculated dew point = 33.7° F.
