Notes
Storm total 0.47/3.0, certainly the best moisture in a long time. For a while in the morning it looked like it might be a real snowstorm, most of the new snow fell during a 1-h period of S+ between 0900-1000 when the roads were briefly snow and slush covered. When the snow dropped back to mostly S- no accumulation on pavement. Only a trace of snow and barely another 0.01 after noon. Low this morning of 18 at 0620 as skies cleared overnight.
