Yesterday morning surprised after watching rain all over the radar for hours, finally just sprinkles for a few minutes around 11:am. Forecast was orginally 70%, nearby area's also a trace to 0.02 earlier then my location. Yesterdays H 74 came at 1:00 am L 41 at 1:00 pm, rebounding to 50 in the afternoon. Sky was cloudy and partly cloudy becoming clear late afternoon with a strong W,N,NW wind all day 3-24 with gusts to 33 mph. A typical early spring day in in S. IL; ?!!
