Notes
Snowfall started again yesterday morning at about 8:00AM. Very large flakes fell nearly straight down for 45 minutes or so and then somewhat smaller flakes with significant wind for the remainder of the snowfall period, which lasted until about 1:00PM. No significant precipitation after that. Temperature reached 36°F in the afternoon and surfaces were so warm (including the snowboard) that snow melted except on grassy areas. Snowboard had just a thin layer of ice this morning, so no snowfall or snowfall SWE measurements were taken. Also, there is not enough snow even on grassy surfaces to make a meaningful snowpack measurement. Because of the wind the gauge catch measurement is probably a bit low. Low temperature overnight was 20° above zero.
