 Thunderstorm approached from NNW at 3:00pm. Rain did not start until 3:30pm and was substantially over by 4.00pm as storm passed over to the SSE. No lightning was visible. Temperature dropped from 80* to 72* as the storm approached with a strong updraft before the rained started. The patio table umbrella was pulling up as I was closing it.
