 07:04–07:31 Sc ra with intermittent CLR, transitioning to Sc flo by 10:07. Late morning to early afternoon (11:11–12:39) featured Cu hum/med with frequent Cu fra and some Sc flo under FEW–SCT coverage. By 13:56 clouds consolidated into Sc str, becoming BKN then OVC by ~15:53 with St fra. Virga noted ~15:56–16:07 (Sc str + virga), followed by light flurries and Ns by ~17:16. Flurries stopped by 18:40. OVC persisted into evening with Sc str, and St fra. Clouds were beginning to break revealing midlevel stratiform (As du) by 18:56, but cover remained OVC.
