Highest wind past 24 hours 34 mph from NW at 1:20 pm. High 20.6 degrees, which is a new 'cool max' for the date, beating the 28 degrees from 1995 and 2007. Low was 6.5 degrees. A partly to mostly cloudy morning, then partly cloudy to mostly clear in afternoon and evening. Night was mostly clear, with more clouds filling in before daybreak. A windy/gusty day, winds calmed after midnight. No SWE this morning, but the 3.5" of concrete holds with the new snow basically blown into corners 3-5" deep or melted/sublimated.
