 Mostly snow with rain mixed in yesterday. At times, the snowflakes were huge! The temperature was in the 30s, so the gauge show snow and then melted. I was curious how much we had gotten and measured it at 7:45 PM: 0.83” from the gauge, 3.5” in a core with the water equivalent of 0.66. This morning, the gauge was snow (not melting yet although it did have a 1” or so rim of snow at the top that perhaps didn’t make it in to the gauge. There was 5” of new snow with water equivalent of 0.44. Well appreciated moisture!!!
