 Good morning world. I was greeted this morning with a very rare sight. A partial rainbow was spotted to the SSW. In 21 years of living here, this is the first rainbow I have seen this early in the morning. Scattered rain clouds everywhere around this station. Expecting rain throughout today. 50F, no wind. 29.97 in-Hg and rising.
