overcast, calm, snow melting, water dripping, too warm for icicles, possible thin fog-tiny halos around lights, all lights easily seen, yesterday overcast, thick fog moved in early morning, at times I could not see lights at 1/2 mile, thick uneven fog through the day into night, at times I could not see lights or shadows at 1/4 mile, wind gusts moved some evergreen branches morning and afternoon, evening wind gusts wiggled some evergreen branches, water from fog accumulated on surfaces and dripped off, snow melted and dripped off of roofs, dripped most of the day into night-likely through the night |
