 At 7:00 a.m. it's 11 degrees. It's still too icy to safely go outside Everything is still covered in ice, and we are having snow flurries right now. I've been hearing lots of trees and branches breaking; however, nothing is close to our house. The doors to the back of the house are all frozen shut. We have three weather stations, and all three are not registering wind speed because the anemometers are frozen. Thank God we still have power. We are on 15 acres on a hill with a steep 3/10 mile driveway, so are unable to go anywhere, We have all the supplies we need. The birds are well-fed. Praying for everybody affected. {EDIT: Observer reported Trace for new gauge catch. This is low compared to surrounding reports of 0.96 to 1.36 and notes indicate this is not an accurate measurement.
