 Yesterday had periods of light rain in the morning and afternoon. Snow mixed in with the rain starting around 4:30pm and lasting a couple of hours. Only TRACE accumulations of snow on some grassy surfaces, which quickly melted. Clear with moderate frost on rooftops and vehciles at OBS with temp of 28F. Please note water in rain gauge was frozen at time of OBS.
