 Most of precipitation (approx. 1 inch) fell during a 20-minute period beginning about 1:35 PM. I filed a separate report. I view the last three days (2.45 inches) as a PMP event! As in "Proper Monsoon Precipitation"... ....not probable maximum precipitation, which is another thing that hydrologists (like me) like to think about and plan for.
