 Level 2 snow emergency. Snow started 8:30 a.m on 1/19. Continued as all snow until 1 p.m then changed to ice pellets from 1-5:30 p.m. At 5:30 changed to all snow and is still snowing at time of report. Overall on snowboard, there was a little more than 12 inches of snow and 1/2 inch of ice pellet accumulation. Significant drifting in yards and roadways--over 3 foot drifts in some places.
