 Considering larger nearby storms, surprised more rain did not fall. Rain accompanied by thunder and lightning, and at times strong winds. Much needed ground soaker. First time all summer grass is looking strong and healthy. Rain mostly fell in the late afternoon and early evening. Temperatures starting to become cooler. At time of reading temperature is 49 degrees F.
