 No precipitation. Cold with high wind gusts 2/7 high temp 31F. Current temp 16F with low earlier 11F. Sunny and clear. High winds moved a large amount of snow which smoothed all traces of footprints and holes but also made it more uneven. I found variations from 2” to 4” of snowpack and took the average. A layer of ice is still present below the newer snow making the ground solid. Last evening all snow and slush had frozen solid making walking and driving dangerous.
