Light drizzle was first observed falling across this station at 0712 hrs. coming in from the South-West, preceded by high-gusty winds on 3/12. Conditions at that time were, Temp: 49 degrees and Winds were 8-14 MPH from the NNW gusting to 30 MPH. Mixed light Rain and wet Snow was observed falling across this station from the SW at 1155, becoming all wet and moderate Snow at 1445 hrs. Conditions at that time were: Temp: 39 degrees, with no mixing and winds were 4-9 MPH, gusting to 23 MPH out of the North-West. No accumulation at this time. Snow continuing to fall across this station from the SW and ended at 1435 hrs. for a total outer cylinder catch of 0.10 inches and a trace amount of Snow. Temps at that time were, 39 degrees and Winds were 4-8 MPH out of the North-West. Light (small) Snow was observed again at 1742 hrs.
