 12° at 7:50am with clear skies, calm. Snow squalls shortly after observation with near white out conditions. Winds gusting to 30-40+ throughout the morning. A very fluffy dry (water equivalent) snow with mid 30's falling to mid 20's by late morning. Very difficult to measure with much blowing and drifting of ground snow. Additional light snowfall through the afternoon.
