 WIND: Did not begin here til 4pm, steady with some strong gusts. Strongest winds around 8pm through midnight. Almost no wind now this morning. RAIN: 6:15 - 7:30pm—Moderate and steady with some winds. 7:30 - 7:50pm—Light rain continued with moderate wind, some occasional strong gusts.Tube brought in to measure at 8pm, .04” with alot accumulated on the inside “walls” of the tube, put back outside at 8:05pm, nothing more accumulated overnight under clear skies.
