1.29” in June and 1.27” in July.  Recent 0.38” rain has helped grass but wildflowers are stunted with lots of wilt and leave die off.  Insects swarming any source of standing water.  Soil below a couple of inches is hard and dry.  Young trees (1-2 years old) struggling and some appear to be dead or severely stressed
